Cooke's Contracting has completed three separate projects for us. They repaired a leak in our roof that three other roofers were unable to locate and fix. They repaired the damage to our ceiling and wall due to the leaking roof. Cooke's Contracting also replaced our old deck and created a window well to fix a leaking basement window. Then we had them finish our basement complete with a full bath and kitchenette. Cooke's Contracting gave us good advice when we were unsure about choices involved in the projects. Each project was reasonably priced, completed on time and all construction materials were carried away and cleaned up. The Cooke's and their crew were prompt each day, kept us informed at all times and all around WONDERFUL to work with throughout all three projects
